The artist Liu Shu Min was born in 1942 in Henan Province, China.

Liu Shu Min graduated from the Xi-an Institute of Art in 1966. In 1982, he graduated from the Guangzhou Institute of Art as a "Master of Art" He specializes in the painting of the Chinese Landscape.

Liu Shu Min is presently teaching in the Guangzhou Institute of Art as a Professor. He is also a Member of the Artists Association of China.
