Lin Kai Liang was born in Fujian Province in 1972. A member of Fujian Youth Artist Association and Vice President of the Jianjiang Painting and Calligraphy Academy, Putian.
"Serenity" was selected for the ' 98 Chinese Landscape Painting Exhibition.
