The artist Guan He Zhang was born in Inner Mongolia Province, China in 1913. He learned Chinese painting from Mr Qiu Shiming and Yu Fei'an. He was an Art Editor of the Inner Mongolia Art Magazine and a National First Grade artist. He was a member of the Artists Association of China and a Managing Director of the Artist Association of Inner Mongolia Province.
