Zeng Si De was born in Sichuan province, China in 1951. He is currently an associate professor at the Sichuan Calligraphy and Painting Correspondence College in Chengdu. He is also a member of the International Arts Communication Association and the Sichuan Artists Association, and Vice President of the Huayang Chinese Painting and Calligraphy Academy. His biography is included in Who's Who In The World. He is also listed in the Dictionary of Contemporary Artists of China.

Zeng Si De is a student of the Master Bian Neng, a famous, talented painter in Contemporary China, and of famous artist Deng Huanzhang. A professional artist for 30 years, Zeng Si De specializes in landscapes and still life. He is also an expert seal carver. His book, Zeng Si De's Painting Album, was published by Sichuan Fine Art publishing house in 1995. He has also written 300 poems collected in two volumes called Poetry Collections With Painting In Yeluju and Yanlizhai Painting Postscript.

He has held several successful solo art exhibitions in the art galleries in China. Many of his works have also been published in the national newspapers. Zeng Si De's paintings are collected by the Military Museum of China, and cultural delegations from the former Eastern Germany and the Philippines. His art pieces are also popular with private collectors in the USA, France, Japan, South Korea, Denmark, Hong Kong, Taiwan and Singapore.
