Artist Liu Wan Nian was born in China in 1949. In 1988, he held a very successful first solo exhibition in Taiwan. In 1992, held another solo art exhibition at the China Art Museum and the reseach section organized a seminar on Tibet Landscapes By Liu Wan Nian. He has won the excellent praise by all the Famous artists and appraisers. In the following year, the art-book Paintings By Liu Wan Nian was published by He-nan Art Publishing House.

He is currently an Art Editor of Tibet Daily and a member of China Artists' Association and a Honorable President of Zhongyuan Art academy.
