Huang Ming Liang was born in 1941 in Henan Province of China. He learned the skill of Chinese brush ink painting from the famous artist Mr Hu Xue Jiao. He spent most of his time creating his own style of traditional Chinese Painting, specialize in landscape and flowers birds paintings.

His name has been listed to "Contemporary Chinese Artists' Dictionary" and "The world's Who's Who".

Huang Ming Liang is presently a member of the Artists Association of China, He'nan Province and the Chairman of Artists Association of China, Xinyang City.
